SWATCH CLUB IS GOING TO ATHENS

… WHAT ABOUT YOU?

Dear Sophia,

You’re invited to spend time with Club members from all over the world and discover Athens from a Greek perspective with a “Swatchy” twist.

When: Friday, November 30th (early afternoon) – Sunday, December 2nd (late afternoon), 2018

Where: Athens, Greece

Who: Premium, Gold and Pioneer Swatch Club members. You can bring one guest along (must be a Club member, regardless of status).

Program
The 2018 Holiday Event will kick off on Friday early afternoon at the NEW Hotel in Athens’ city center. That’s when you’ll get a first taste of the city. Saturday will be a day full of experiencing Greek traditions, with the usual unusual “Swatchy” surprises, of course. On Sunday, we’ll show you some of the secret spots only the locals know about. Or was it secret spots on Friday, experiencing the city on Saturday and culture on Sunday? Hmm... As always, expect the unexpected!

Prices and packages
Single package: CHF 660
Double package: CHF 1’180 (for two people in a double room)

The price of this event includes 2 nights at a five-star hotel, 2 dinners, 2 lunches and 2.5 days of a full-on Swatch experience complete with fun art, culture and lifestyle activities and one event watch.

How to register
Starting on Saturday, September 22nd at 11:59 am CEST, you can register for the event by sending an email to clubinternational@swatch.com

Make sure you:
1. Specify if you are a) bringing a guest along or b) coming alone.
2. If you are bringing a guest along, include the full name and club status of your travel companion (they must be a Club member, regardless of status).

You will receive an automatic message to confirm that we have received your registration.

Remember, we can’t accept any pre-reservations so make sure you RSVP at the right time. Space is limited and we’ll be accepting guests on a “first come, first served” basis.

We’ll confirm your participation at this event per email by October 1st by sending you the link for the payment.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Timeline
September 22nd: Email registration starts at 11:59 am CEST. Even though space is limited, we cannot accept pre-reservations. To keep things fair, we will use the “first come, first served” process.

October 1st (at the latest): Guests who registered will know if their attendance is confirmed (depending on the space available). We will send a confirmation email that includes the payment link. Once you have made the payment, you officially have a spot on the guest list.

Important information
We kindly ask you to wait to book your flights/transportation until your attendance has officially been confirmed by email. If you do book your transportation ahead of time, please note that Swatch will not cover any costs if your participation is not confirmed. The cost of travel to and from the event, including to and from the hotel, will not be covered by Swatch.
