TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

MUSIC WATCHES 2016 CONTEST
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS CONTEST
1. These terms and conditions (“the Rules”) govern the “Music watches 2016 contest” contest (“the Contest”) administered by Swatch Club International, a division of Swatch Ltd., based at Jakob-Stämpfli-Strasse 94, 2502 Biel/Bienne, Switzerland (“Swatch,” “Club,” “we,” “us,” “our”). 
2. By entering, you accept and agree to abide by the Rules at all times.
3. Entry is open exclusively to active Premium, Gold and Pioneer Swatch Club members who are aged 18 or over at the start of the Contest, with the exception of our employees (and their families) and those of our affiliates, our representatives and agents and their employees, and anyone else involved in the Contest.
4. Only one entry per member will be accepted for this Contest. In case of a dispute as to a member’s identity, the entry will be deemed to have been made by the holder of the email account associated with it.
5. To enter the Contest:
- visit http://www.swatch.com/en/swatch-club/contest/Music-Watches-2016, 
- log in to your Club account, and 
- click on “participate.”
6. We do not guarantee a successful entry in spite of your following the above instructions as entry may be affected by reasons beyond our control.
7. The provision of any invalid, incorrect, or misleading personal information may result in disqualification from the Contest and/or receipt of a prize.
8. Incomplete, late, or otherwise faulty entries will not be accepted. We reserve the right to determine, in our sole discretion, if an entry is valid and to disqualify anyone we reasonably believe to be tampering with the entry process, acting in a disruptive manner, or violating the Rules.
9. The contest runs from December 2nd, 2016 at 17.00, until December 9th, 2016 midnight.
10. The winners will be picked by lucky draw at the end of the contest.
11. Each winner will randomly win 1 (one) watch from a total of 6 (six) available prizes listed below:
- 2 (two) JOVA TIME (SUOZ220S) – Recommended Retail Price in Switzerland CHF 120.00
- 2 (two) MUMU-CUCURRUCUCU (SUOZ210) - Recommended Retail Price in Switzerland CHF 110.00
- 2 (two) ED BANGER TIME (SUOB702R) - Recommended Retail Price in Switzerland CHF 90.00
12. The winners of the Contest will be notified via email within 72 hours of the lucky draw with a specific mention of the watch they won.
13. If a winner cannot be reached or does not reply within 72 hours of the prize notification, the prize will be assumed to have been forfeited and will be awarded to another entrant.
14. To claim their prize, the winners may be required to provide their personal details (first and last name, home address, email address, etc.) as well as to prove their identity by submitting documents to that effect (e.g., a passport or driving license).
15. The right to claim the prize may not be transferred to anyone else. No cash alternatives or alternative prizes are available. However, we reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to substitute the prizes with items of equal value.
16. The winners will bear any taxes or charges levied on their prizes.
17. Any decisions by us regarding the Contest are final and no correspondence will be entered into. 
18. We and our affiliates disclaim all liability, to the greatest extent legally permissible, for any damage suffered by anyone as a result of or in connection with the Contest.
19. We reserve the right to amend the Rules and to modify, suspend, or terminate the Contest, in particular if it becomes infected by a computer virus or is otherwise technically impaired.
20. We reserve the right to select an alternative winner if we reasonably believe that a winner has breached the Rules.
21. The Contest is void where prohibited by law or subject to a license.
22. The Rules are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, without regard to any conflict-of-law rules. In the event of any disputes, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Biel/Bienne, Switzerland.
