1. These terms and conditions (“the Rules”) govern the “Mother’s Day” online contest (“the Contest”) administered by Swatch Club International, a division of Swatch Ltd., based at Jakob Stämpflistrasse 94, 2500 Biel/Bienne, Switzerland (“Swatch,” “we,” “us”). By entering the Contest, you accept the Rules and agree to abide by them at all times.
2. Entry is open exclusively to Swatch Club Premium, Gold, and Pioneer Members aged 18 or over at the start of the Contest, with the exception of our employees (and their families) and those of our affiliates, our representatives and agents, and anyone else involved in the Contest.
3. Only one entry per member will be accepted. In the event of a dispute as to a member’s identity, the entry will be deemed to have been made by the holder of the email account associated with it.
4. To enter, visit www.swatch.com/en/swatch-club/mothers-day-contest and post a picture in line with the theme of the Contest (“the Picture”) and a message wishing your mother a happy Mother’s Day (“the Message”).
5. We do not guarantee a successful entry even if the above instructions are followed.
6. You warrant that neither the Picture nor the Message will be offensive, off-topic, or otherwise inappropriate. We may remove both the Picture and the Message if we determine, in our sole discretion, that they are objectionable.
7. You further warrant that you are allowed to post the Picture and the Message and that neither of them infringes any copyrights, trademark rights, or other rights or laws. We and our affiliates disclaim all liability for both the Picture and the Message to the greatest extent legally permissible. You agree to indemnify and hold us and our affiliates harmless against any liabilities, claims, actions, damages, losses, and costs arising in this connection.
8. You agree that other contestants and Internet users may view the Picture and the Message and grant us and our affiliates a revocable, royalty-free, and worldwide right to publish them on any of our websites as well as in the Swatch section of any third-party websites (e.g., Facebook and Instagram).
9. You also agree that we may adapt (e.g., resize) the Picture and the Message as necessary for publication.
10. The provision of any invalid, incorrect, or misleading personal information may result in disqualification from the Contest and/or receipt of the prize.
11. Incomplete, late, or otherwise faulty entries will not be accepted. We reserve the right to determine, in our sole discretion, if an entry is valid and to disqualify anyone we reasonably believe to be tampering with the entry process, acting in a disruptive manner, or violating the Rules.
12. The Contest starts on April 30, 2014 and ends on May 10, 2014 at 23:59 CET.
13. Out of all the valid entries received, we will randomly select three winning ones and notify the winners via email by May 20, 2014.
14. If a winner cannot be reached or does not reply within five days of the prize notification, the prize will be assumed to have been forfeited and will be awarded to another entrant.
15. We reserve the right to select an alternative winner if we reasonably believe that a winner has breached the Rules.
16. Each winner will receive a Mother’s day Swatch - Blossoming love (GZ290).
17. No cash alternatives or alternative prizes are available. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to substitute the prize with an item of equal value.
18. The winners will bear any taxes or charges levied on the prizes.
19. To claim the prize, the winners will have to provide their complete shipping details, phone number, and email address and may be requested to prove their identity by submitting documents to that effect (e.g., a copy of their passport or driving license).
20. You agree that we may publish your first name and country of residence on any Swatch websites and in any Swatch section of third-party websites if you are selected as a winner and that we may send you emails for purposes related to the Contest as well as marketing emails, subject to your right to refuse such emails at any time.
21. Any decisions by us regarding the Contest are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
22. We reserve the right to amend the Rules and to modify, suspend, or terminate the Contest at any time.
23. We and our affiliates disclaim all liability, to the greatest extent legally permissible, for any damage suffered by anyone as a result of or in connection with the Contest.
24. The Rules are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, without regard to any conflict-of-law rules. In the event of any disputes, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Biel-Bienne, Switzerland.
25. The Contest is void where prohibited by law.

If you do not want your name or nationality to be published on this website in case of winning the prize, please notify Swatch Ltd. within three days of entering the Contest by sending an email to club@swatch.com; otherwise, your consent will be deemed to have been given. Furthermore, if you want the data you uploaded or otherwise submitted to be deleted, please send an email to club@swatch.com.
