Welcome desk at the Hotel Mercure Ginza from 9am and leave the hotel at 10:30 for our first visit.
We will first visit the Meiji Jingu Shrine and the famous Takeshita-dori street in Harajuku before moving to Akihabara, Tokyo Electric city. We will then have a traditional Japanese Shabu shabu lunch. After lunch, we will visit one of Tokyo’s most iconic spots : Nijubashi and Tokyo Imperial Palace plaza.
At 5.30PM we will have a cocktail at the Nicholas Hayek Center in Ginza before moving to Shibuya for dinner at the Kichiri Restaurant.
Tuesday March 10th We will leave the hotel at 9AM to visit the Tsukiji fish market before moving to Asakusa the visit the oldest temple in Tokyo Sensoji Temple and the famous traditional shopping street in front of the temple : Nakamise Dori.
After, we will taste another traditional Japanese delicacy for lunch: Soba noodle. In the afternoon it will be time to experience first-hand Japanese arts and crafts with a Glass cutting workshop, a traditional art called Edo Kiriko. We will then move to the Government Metropolitan Building in Shinjuku, to experience one of the greatest views of Tokyo from the 45th floor.
After two busy days, it will now be time to finally unveil the new Club watch.
This first worldwide pre-launch will start by a visit of the Swiss Design Exhibition at the Tokyo Opera City Art Gallery, where you can find your favorite Swatch Club watches.
We will then join the Japanese Club Members at the Shibuya Swatch Store where the new Club watch will be available before a party with the Japanese Swatch Club Members at the T2 Club in front of the Swatch Store with a local and international music band.

With the 25th Anniversary just around the corner, there's no better way to celebrate than at a Club watch pre-Launch event dedicated to our beloved Gold and Pioneer members.
The event will take place in Tokyo, Japan on Monday 9.03.2015 and Tuesday 10.03.2015.
Swatch Club will bring to you the best of Tokyo and Japanese traditions together with the new Club watch.
You will experience Japanese Arts and Crafts, Gastronomy, Fashion and Culture. From the fish market to Sensoji temple, our Tokyo event will make your time fly from ancient to contemporary Japan in a Swatch tick.
The subscription starts on Thursday, 12.02.2015 at 2 p.m. (CET).

Emails sent before the stated subscription time will not be considered valid.

The event package includes:
• Two hotel nights with breakfast

• 2 days of onsite activities
Each of the participants will be entitled to purchase on site a limited and numbered Club watch with an event loop. Please be aware that no other special loop will be available.
We kindly ask you not to book any flights until you receive confirmation from us that your subscription is successful. We have only a very limited number of places and the participants will be selected on a first come, first served basis.
If you choose nevertheless to book flights before subscribing, please take note that Swatch cannot assume any responsibilities if there are not enough places left for the event.
You will be contacted with the event subscription confirmation and will be then asked to confirm how you want to pay (either credit card or bank transfer will be accepted).
