The sooner you register, the better your chances of taking part. The cost of travel to and from the event will not be paid by Swatch Ltd. If you cancel your registration 21 or more days before the event begins, the event price will be fully reimbursed. If you cancel your registration 5 to 20 days before the event begins, you will have to pay 50% of the total price. If you cancel your registration four days or fewer before the event begins, you will pay the full price. Regardless of when you cancel, you will no longer be entitled to receive the event package or attend the event. Payment of the event price is only possible by credit card (VISA or Mastercard) or PayPal. By registering for the event, you grant Swatch Ltd. a worldwide, royalty-free license to publish your full name and nationality, as well as photos and film material of you and your guest taken at the event, in online media. If you object to said license or if you do not otherwise accept these terms and conditions, please send an email to club@swatch.com within 48 hours of registering for the event; otherwise, your consent will be deemed to have been given. Swatch Ltd. reserves the right to make changes to the event program and to annul your registration in case you do not accept these terms and conditions.
