Program

2.5 days of a full-on Swatch experience, complete with fun, art and lifestyle activities in the dazzling city of Moscow, a winter wonderland wrapped in Christmas magic. The event includes three dinners, two lunches, three nights with breakfast at a 5-star hotel in a special location and one exclusive watch event. Of course, it wouldn’t be a Swatch Club event without a flurry of wonderful surprises, so you can count on those as well.

How to register*

Registration opens on Sunday September 24^th at 11:59 am CET sharp. From that point on you can send us an email at clubevents@swatch.com to RSVP. Make sure you:

1. Specify if you are bringing a guest
2. If so, include the full name and club status of your travel companion (must be a club member, regardless of status) 

After we receive your email, we’ll send you an email confirming its reception. Remember, we can’t accept any pre-reservations so make sure you RSVP at the right time. Space is limited and we’ll be accepting guests on a “first come, first served” basis. We will confirm your participation by email by September 27^th.

Payment process*

You can make your payment with Visa, MasterCard or PayPal based on the payment details you will receive by email by September 27^th. Please note that the double package must be paid in one payment. 

Key dates*

September 24^th: Email registration starts at 11:59 am CET. Space is limited and we cannot accept pre-reservations, so make sure you set a reminder for when you can send your RSVP email to clubevents@swatch.com. We’ll use the “first come, first served” process. 

September 27^th: Members who registered will know if they can attend or not (this depends on the space available). If the guest list fills up before your name is added, we will email you to ask if you’d like to be on the waiting list. If your successful registration is confirmed, you will at the same time receive the payment link.

October 3^rd: Your personal hotel confirmation will be sent by email. You will need this official document to apply for your visa.

October 6^th: Deadline for payment of the entire package price. Your registration will only become definitive with the payment on such date at the latest. If payment is not received by such date, your registration may be allocated to another person.

Hotel confirmation for visa

If you plan on arriving before December 7^th or staying after December 10^th, please make sure you book your room directly with the hotel of your choice. Rates are not preferential for the dates surrounding the Swatch Club 2017 Holiday Event.

Visa process

Swatch will not cover the fees for your visa or take care of the visa process. For more information about acquiring a visa, you can visit the Russian Embassy’s website, contact the organization responsible for managing Russian visa applications (VFS Global), or get in touch with your local travel agency. Don’t worry – we’ll make sure to send you your personal hotel confirmation with enough time for you to apply for your visa.

Transportation

There are two international airports in Moscow – Domodedovo International Airport and Sheremetyevo International Airport.

We will help you get a taxi for a good price from either one of these airports to the Ritz Carlton Hotel on Thursday December 7^thonly. Swatch will not be responsible for the taxi fare. 

We kindly ask you to wait to book your flights/transportation until your attendance has officially been confirmed by email by September 27^th and your payment has been made within the deadline indicated above. If you do book your transportation ahead of time, please note that Swatch will not cover any costs if your participation is not confirmed.

Destination info

In winter, there is a 2-hour time different between Moscow and CET.
