When you share your entry, please consider the following

- You must upload at least one picture and a maximum of three pictures 
- Your picture needs to include at least one Swatch Club watch 
- You need to appear together with the chosen watch/es in at least one of the pictures 
- A picture without a motivational message will not make you a Gold member!

Let your creativity run wild!

Upload your "Celebration Time" picture, add a message and include everything mentioned above. Feel free to make it a storyboard if one picture is not enough for you to celebrate.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE “SWATCH GOLD MEMBER” CONTEST

1. These terms and conditions (the “Rules”) govern the “Swatch Club Gold Member” contest (the “Contest”) administered by Swatch Club International, a division of Swatch Ltd., based at Jakob Stämpfli-Strasse 94, 2502 Biel/Bienne, Switzerland (“Swatch Club,” “we,” “us,” “our”).
2. By entering, you accept and agree to abide by both the Rules and our privacy policy, which can be accessed at http://www.swatch.com/en/privacy-policy.
3. Entry is open only to Premium active members of the Swatch Club aged 18 or older, with the exception of our employees (and their families) as well as of our affiliates, of agents and of anyone else involved in the Contest.
4. Only one entry per person (three pictures maximum can be submitted) will be accepted; automated or repetitive entries are not allowed. In the event of a dispute as to a person’s identity, the entry will be deemed to have been made by the holder of the email account or street address associated with it.
5. To enter, visit the Contest website http://www.swatch.com/en/swatch-club/contest/gold_member_contest_2017 , log in, and upload a picture, where you wear at least one Swatch watch and show why you should be one of the 2017 Gold member (the “Pictures”), together with a motivational message.
6. The provision of any invalid, incorrect, or misleading personal information may result in disqualification from the Contest and/or receipt of the prize.
7. By entering, you agree that other contestants may view the Pictures.
8. You warrant that the Pictures are your own and that it does not infringe any copyrights, personality rights, or other rights or laws and you agree to indemnify us and our affiliates against any liability, actions, claims, damages, losses, and costs related thereto. We and our affiliates disclaim all liability, to the maximum extent permitted by law, in connection with the Picture.
9. Copyright in the Pictures will remain with you. By entering the Contest, however, you grant us and our affiliates a non-revocable, royalty-free, and worldwide right, unlimited in time, to publish the Pictures on the Club section of the Swatch website (including in the Swatch section of any third-party websites).
10. Incomplete, late, or otherwise faulty entries will not be accepted. We reserve the right to determine, in our sole discretion, if an entry is valid and to disqualify anyone we reasonably believe to be tampering with the entry process, acting in a disruptive manner, or violating the Rules.
11. The Contest will begin on February 6, 2017 at 3 pm Central European Time and end on February 22, 2017 at midnight Central European Time.
12. On March 8, 2017, we will select winners out of all the valid entries received based on their creativity.
13. Each winner will be offered the opportunity to get the Gold member status of the Swatch Club.
14. The membership will still be linked to the purchase of the annual Club watch.
15. We reserve the right to select an alternative winner if we reasonably believe that a winner has breached the Rules.
16. The winners will be notified by email within fifteen days of the selection.
17. You agree that we may publish your first and last name and country of residence on the Club section of the Swatch website (including in the Swatch section of any third-party websites) if you are selected as a winner and that we may send you emails for purposes related to the Contest as well as marketing emails, subject to your right to refuse such emails at any time.  
18. To claim the Gold member status, you may be required to prove your identity by submitting documents to that effect (e.g., a passport or driving license).
19. The right to claim the prize may not be transferred to anyone else. No cash alternatives or alternative prizes are available.
20. The winners will bear any taxes or levies due on the prize.
21. Any decisions by us regarding the Contest are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
22. To the greatest extent legally permissible, we and our affiliates disclaim all liability for any damages and losses suffered by anyone as a result of or in connection with the Contest.
23. We reserve the right to amend the Rules and to modify, suspend, or terminate the Contest at any time.
24. The Rules are governed by and will be construed in accordance with Swiss law. In the event of any disputes, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Biel/Bienne, Switzerland.
