Tell us, how would you go crazy with black & white?
“Ok, they’ve lost it.” you think to yourself. Well, not yet we didn’t!

For you to get your hands on the very special limited and numbered G&P watch, you have to clear your mind and get your hands dirty! Think about how you can take the idea of “black and white” to the next level, create a sparkling piece of art that represents your idea (with or without Swatch in it), and write the most creative description for it!
As TIME IS WHAT YOU MAKE OF IT, count how long it took you to create your brilliant piece of art and add your time in minutes to the description.

It can be a painting, a picture, a drawing, a collage, a sculpture, a dance, anything! Let your imagination fly and go with the flow.

All you have to do once your work is done is upload your photos (maximum 3) on the contest page, with the creative description, until NOVEMBER 22.

We told you we had something special worth your time. Quite literally.

These terms and conditions (“the Rules”) govern the "Black and White" contest (“the Contest”) administered by Swatch Ltd., domiciled at Nicolas G. Hayek Strasse 1, 2502 Biel/Bienne, Switzerland („Swatch“, “us”, “our”, “we”).
By participating in this Contest you agree to these Rules and to abide by it. You confirm to have read and understood our Privacy Notice. Our Privacy Notice is available http://www.swatch.com/en/privacy-policy.
The Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Facebook / Instagram. All information disclosed is provided to us and not to Facebook / Instagram. You hereby release Facebook / Instagram, to the greatest extent legally permissible, from any liability in connection with the Contest.
Entry is open only to Gold and Pioneer active members of the Swatch Club aged 18 or older, with the exception of our employees as well as of our affiliates, of agents and of anyone else involved in the contest.
Each participant may participate only once (three pictures maximum can be submitted). Automated or repetitive entries are not allowed.
1. To participate:

You warrant that the picture is not defamatory, illicit or otherwise inappropriate. You further warrant that you are allowed to post the picture and that it does not infringe any copyrights, trademark rights, or other rights or laws.
We disclaim all liability for the picture to the greatest extent legally permissible. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against any liabilities, claims, actions, damages, losses, and costs arising in this connection.
Even if you follow these rules and instructions correctly, the possibility of events or conditions beyond our control means that we cannot guarantee your successful participation.

10. The provision of any invalid, incorrect, or misleading personal information may, in our sole discretion, lead to disqualification from the Contest and/or receipt of a prize.

11. Incomplete, late, or otherwise faulty entries will not be accepted.

12. The Contest will begin on November 05 2020 at 2 p.m. Central European Time and end on November 22 2020 at midnight Central European Time.

13. On November 27, 2020, we will select winners out of all the valid entries received based on their creativity.

14. Each winner receives the following prize: 2020 limited and numbered Gold and Pioneer watch.

15. The winners will be notified by email within 10 days after the selection.

16. If a winner cannot be reached or does not reply within 3 days of the prize notification, the prize will be assumed to have been forfeited and will be awarded to another contestant.

17. You agree that we may publish your first and last name and country of residence, along with your participating picture (s) on our websites, social media channels (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) if you are chosen as a winner, and that we may send you emails in connection with the Contest, while you have the right to ask us to stop sending you emails at any time.

18. We reserve the right to select an alternative winner if we reasonably believe that a winner has breached the Rules.

19. To claim your prize, you may be required to provide your personal details (first and last name, home address, etc.) and to prove your identity by submitting relevant documents (e.g. ID, driving license). In the event of a dispute as to a person’s identity, the entry will be deemed to have been made by the holder of the email address associated with it.

20. The right to claim the prize may not be transferred to anyone else. No cash alternatives or alternative prizes are available. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to substitute the prize with an item of equal value.

21. Any taxes that may be levied on the winner shall be exclusively borne by the winner.

22. Any decisions by us regarding the Contest are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

23. We and our affiliates disclaim all liability, to the greatest extent legally permissible, for any damage suffered by anyone as a result of or in connection with the Contest.

24. We reserve the right to amend the Rules and to modify, suspend, or terminate the Contest in case it becomes infected by a computer virus or is otherwise technically impaired.

25. The Contest is void where legally not permitted.

26. The Rules are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, without regard to any conflict-of-law rules. In the event of any disputes, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Biel/Bienne, Switzerland.
